Los tortelloni are a classical primer of the cocina boloñesa. Traditionally they are seasoned with mantequilla y salvia or mantequilla y tomate.

Relleno: ricotta (leche de vaca, suero de leche, salt), grana padano (leche, sal, cuajo, lysozyme preservative), mascarpone (nata, leche, ácido láctico), perejil, sal. Aromas.
