Tortelloni are a classic first course of Bolognese cuisine. Traditionally they are seasoned with butter and sage, or butter and tomato.

Filling: ricotta (35%) (MILK, whey, salt), Grana Padano (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative LYSOZYME), mascarpone (CREAM, MILK, LACTIC acid), parsley (0,5%), salt, vegetable fibers and flavorings. Dusting: rice flour.
