Shipping and Returns
Shipping cost: shipping costs are not included in the prices of the products, but are calculated as follows:
Shipping in Italy: the cost of shipping is 8 € (eight euros).
Shipments abroad (with the express exclusion of drinks and / or alcoholic products): the cost of shipping is € 29 (twenty-nine euros).
Where we ship: Vecchia Malga delivers the products exclusively in the territory of the Italian Republic and in Europe
European countries where the service is active: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden, Hungary. We do not ship to Germany.

Delivery methods: Vecchia Malga will proceed with the delivery directly and / or by specialized carriers. The presence of the customer is required at the time of delivery; if at the time of delivery the customer is absent, he may delegate a third party as long as he is of age according to the applicable law based on the place of delivery. For no reason can the delivery of the Products be made to minors or to persons who are unable to show a valid identity document.
Packaging: Vecchia Malga uses suitable packaging in relation to the nature of the products. Both in the case of homogeneous shipments by manufacturer and of mixed selections, we reserve the right to use the packaging of the same manufacturers.
Packaging integrity and product compliance: At the time of delivery, the customer is obliged to check that the packaging is intact, that the products received correspond to what is stated in the order and in the transport document. In the event of visible defects, such as quantities and / or incorrect products and / or non-integrity of the packaging, the customer is required to report such anomalies on the transport document (indicating "subject to control over the integrity of the products") or to contact Customer Service from the Site (page Contact us). Vecchia Malga, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, will deliver the ordered products within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days starting from the day following the Order Confirmation. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate "Shipping Data" field. However, Vecchia Malga is never responsible for unforeseeable delays or those not attributable to it.
Tracking of shipments: Once the products have been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a link to refer to for tracking the shipment.
Delivery times: All purchases will be delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Delivery will be made between 8.00 and 20.00.
Delivery attempts: Vecchia Malga or the carrier will do n. 1 (one) attempt to deliver the Products; in case of absence, Vecchia Malga and / or the Carrier will send the customer a communication by e-mail indicating the telephone number to contact or the link to select to arrange the second delivery. After the second unsuccessful attempt, a second e-mail will be sent, informing the customer that the products will be kept free of charge at Vecchia Malga or at the Carrier (depending on who has made the second attempt to delivery) for a maximum of 24 (twenty-four) hours, starting from the sending of the aforementioned second e-mail. During this period the customer can contact the carrier and make arrangements for a new delivery. Once the aforementioned 24 (twenty-four) hours have elapsed without the Customer having agreed on a new delivery, the products will be returned to Vecchia Malga, which will then proceed, within 14 (fourteen) working days following the reimbursement of the amount paid, less expenses. unsuccessful delivery of the Products caused by the absence of the recipient.
Limitations and restrictions: The delivery of alcoholic beverages outside the territory of the Italian Republic is not allowed. Delivery to post office boxes or post office boxes is also excluded. In the event that the shipping address does not fall within the borders of the countries indicated above (with the exclusions indicated therein) or is at a post office box or a post office, Vecchia Malga will independently proceed to cancel the order and will therefore proceed, within the deadline. 14 (fourteen) working days, to the reimbursement of any amount paid by the customer.
