Behind these gestures there are true distillates of wisdom and traditions, as recounted by the experiences of pressing olives and the acetification of grape must. They are practices that immediately bring to mind the Italian landscapes, they are postcards of our peasant world and its truest flavors. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a product of great value, selected by us by seeking the most careful producers in following the techniques that best protect its quality. The direct passage from the harvest to the mill, the cold pressing, the natural decantation, are all criteria that we have sought to present to our customers a variety that is still faithful to the Italian oil tradition. The ideal complement is the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGT, a product that comes from a patient aging, up to twenty-five years, in increasingly smaller wooden barrels, thanks to a refinement of successive reinforcements. For each product we offer the most interesting variations, with suggestions of unexpected combinations for ever new taste scenarios: carpaccio, boiled meats, vegetables, strawberries, Parmesan, ice cream ... The only limit will be the desire to to experiment.
